What is Track Your Order

Wasting time waiting in for a delivery isn’t the ideal way to spend your day. We understand it’s always useful to know where your order is up to so you can plan your time accordingly.

That’s why we’ve introduced Your Order, a service designed to help you stay up to date with the delivery of your appliance. We update your individual Your Order page every five minutes to inform you of anything which may affect the time of your delivery.

Follow your appliance’s journey every step of the way

1. You’ll receive order confirmation by text, by email, and on the Your Order page to let you know
2. The Your Order page will let you know your delivery timeslot so you can plan your day around its arrival.
3. On the day of delivery you will be able to see your estimated time of arrival which will be updated accordingly by our five minute refresh system. You’ll be informed as soon as possible should the driver be expected earlier or later than planned. So make sure you regularly check the page for any updates.
4. Our professional delivery team will bring the appliance into your home.
5. Your appliance has arrived! Enjoy!
