You can relax when you buy from us, if you’re not happy with your new appliance and it is unused and in perfect condition, we make returning it as easy as we can. Just call our UK Customer Care Centre on 0844 879 3491 within 10 days.
Unhappy with your Appliance?
If you decide that your new appliance is just not right for you and it is still unused, don’t worry! Contact us within 10 days of delivery if:
- You don't like the colour
- It doesn't fit
- You have simply changed your mind
In the case of any of the above you will get a full refund and we will collect free of charge on a day to suit you.
